Project Engineer - Stroudsburg, PA
A growing $300+ Million Manufacturing Company is seeking a multi-site Project Engineer with proven experience in project management, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing manufacturing projects from design to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000 base salary + Quarterly Bonuses. True Profit Share Bonus. Cost of living increase.

Travel: 50% across 3 Manufacturing Sites Nationally: Pennsylvania, California, Arkansas.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage identified projects ensuring on time and within budget.
• Research options, design and prepare full budgets for projects together with payback justifications
• Manage and develop 2 projects engineers
• Prepare CAPEX forms for Divisional projects from $1 Million - $20 Million.
• Review individual plant CAPEX for site/line improvements
• Develop project plans and timeline for execution
• Report and improve local availability of plant equipment
• Issue monthly report on the status of open projects
• Continue the Implementation of preventative maintenance system / CMMS.
• Ensure local maintenance teams fully adopt
• Hold regular cross-site meetings to share experiences
• Liaise with Parent Company peers to ensure we use best practices within the business
• Ensure Global Engineering Documentation standards for Equipment maintenance, upgrade, and installation.
• Investigate alternative technologies and evaluate usefulness within our business
• Develop a core divisional engineering team to help support the business
• Ensure each site has mandatory spares on-site and critical spares across the division
• Ensure a ‘high-level Technician pool' with the capability to diagnose & resolve out-of-tolerance product/equipment
• Continually develop own knowledge and team with regular training and certification courses in project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9000 design requirements.
Qualifications Seeking:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Project Management Certification, Maintenance, Lean training, or Quality Management certification.
• At least 7 years of experience in maintenance, quality, and/or manufacturing engineering or management is required.
