Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Executive specialized in Data Centers to join their dynamic team in the commercial building industry. As a Project Executive - Data Center, you will spearhead the project management teams and oversee a broad portfolio of commercial construction projects. This role is pivotal in steering the project teams towards achieving operational excellence and delivering outstanding results to clients.

Focus:

• Lead multiple project teams across various construction projects, ensuring that all projects meet our stringent quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost control, scheduling, and estimating to enhance project performance.

Skill Set:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of extensive experience in the commercial construction sector, with a preference for candidates who have a background in industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family projects.
• Demonstrated ability in leading project management teams to success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive insight into local building environments, state-of-the-art construction practices, and the ability to effectively plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Profound knowledge of modern construction practices and project management software.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
