Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project / Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the success of our projects, providing critical support to the project management and field teams. You'll work with our project team, trade partners, and clients to ensure that every aspect of the construction process runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet project deadlines and goals.

• Support the preparation, review, and management of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, and scope.

• Conduct on-site inspections and coordinate with field teams to verify quality and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with trade partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and productivity.

• Manage and maintain project records, including daily/weekly reports, document management logs, and correspondence.

• Support the implementation of innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Related work experience is acceptable.

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or a related industry. (Internships will be considered)

• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Solutions oriented mindset and positive attitude
