Project Finance Associate - Audrey Golden Associates : Job Details

Our client, an AmLaw 100 Firm is seeking a mid-level Project Finance/ Energy Associate (3-7 years of experience) to join their Chambers rated Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice group. The opportunity is available in Dallas, Austin and Houston.

Requirements:

• Hold a J.D. from a recognized law school, with strong academic credentials.
• Member of the Texas state Bar or able to waive in.
• At least 3 years of project finance, renewable energy or oil and gas project experience

Compensation:

• Expect a base salary ranging from $250,000 to $450,000, depending on experience level.
