Project Implementation Specialist - Motion Recruitment : Job Details

Our client, a world-class research university, is looking for someone to join their team as a Project Implementation Specialist. This role is onsite in Chicago, Illinois.

*This is an 11 month W2 contract*

In this role, you will be the lead manager on the implementation of a new core management software (Stratocore) for core facilities. After the implementation, you will be the liaison between the core directors and Stratocore, helping core directors with questions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with the Stratocore project manager and core technical directors to ensure consistent decisions are made throughout implementation and the project stays on track
• Create training materials for cores to ensure cores utilize the software efficiently and help any new cores that are onboarded
• Lead the effort to synergize other applications to align with Huron and Stratacore
• Maintain project documentation, including files, reports, schedules, and meeting minutes

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of related experience
• Experience leading a software implementation
