Don't Panic Labs was built to succeed in the startup world and bring every innovator's vision to life. This would not be possible without the crucial role of Project Integrator. This role involves developing, managing, and growing trust-based relationships with multiple clients. Involvement begins in co-creation and continues through deployment and support. Along the way, our PIs are responsible for tracking scope change, providing budget updates, managing timelines, overcoming roadblocks, and confidently assisting the team in helping achieve our goal of bringing every innovator's vision to life.
