We are actively hiring a Project Integrator / Talent Acquisition to join our Consulting and Analytics Division working in Chantilly, Virginia. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition Office (TAO) with the end-to-end business processes associated with the entire talent acquisition life cycle, while enabling TAO to stay abreast of government and commercial best practices, both in the business of talent acquisition and in the latest trends in Information Technology. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as key point of contact to contract PM in managing the day-to-day of technical project requirements; Engage with stakeholders to define and review project strategies, requirements, roadmaps, and more; Support deliverables management and ensure project deadlines are met; Ability to understand technical projects and provide administrative support, as needed; Ensure documentation is maintained appropriately for each project; Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable; Chair and facilitate meetings, where appropriate, and distribute minutes to all project team members. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field; 3+ years of experience performing responsibilities outlined above; Comfort interacting with all levels of government management; Ability to manage and prioritize the day-to-day activities to support the various projects at hand, effective time management; Ability to perform in a high paced work environment with multiple competing priorities; Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines; Strong critical thinking skills - using logic and reasoning to identify and strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems; Outstanding writing/communication skills: analyze information and present in a format that is easy to read and understand; Ability to clearly organize and effectively convey information verbally and written; Ability to thoroughly understand and build rapport between all levels of leadership and technical staff PREFERRED SKILLS Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile best practices; Basic understanding of systems engineering or software development; Experience with JIRA and Confluence; Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
