Project Interface Specialist - AirSwift : Job Details

Main Function:

The Project Interface Lead is responsible for implementing and managing the interface management process across EPC contractors and suppliers. This includes facilitating interface agreements, resolving challenges to minimize delays, and fostering strong working relationships. The role may also involve supporting broader project execution activities as directed by the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Interface Management:

• Establish and implement the project-wide Interface Management program using standard tools and processes.
• Train contractors and suppliers on interface management procedures.
• Review and endorse interface plans to ensure alignment with program standards.
• Facilitate interface coordination meetings and workshops to promote clear communication and issue resolution.
• Provide regular updates on interface progress and elevate challenges to project leadership.

Other Responsibilities:

• Coordinate updates to project plans and documents, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in leadership team meetings and advise on key focus areas.
• Manage project issue lists, schedule updates, and support the development of deliverables.
