Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a dedicated Project Management and Planning Associate Manager to become a member of the Reentry Portfolio Integration (RPI) TeamLead a highly effective team tasked with ensuring engagement and coordination among the Reentry Directorate. This includes collaboration with different organizations, engineering teams, program managers, project coordinators, and project leads, as well as support organizations such as F&BO, program planning and scheduling, supply chain management, contracts, the program office, and relevant directorates. Additionally, work in close partnership with our Navy colleagues to develop and implement standardized business practices, products, and processes across Reentry programs. This is a working manager role and will include both managerial and business coordinator responsibilities.As a Project Management and Planning Associate Manager, you will have the following daily key responsibilities: •Oversee the planning of business coordinator tasking to ensure proper workload across the team and that deadlines are met •Coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of projects and business activities within the designated area of responsibility •Ensure that projects and tasking are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans •Be a Full Spectrum Leader who is disciplined in driving value to the Reentry Directorate •Perform tasking as part of the business coordinator team (e.g. meeting support, projects that support the directorate, business rhythm needs) •Communicate within the directorate, FBM, SRP, and other external non-LM partners•Managing the team budgetBasic QualificationsTo be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: •Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education•5+ years of professional experience•Extensive experience in logistics and project coordination, including managing business rhythms and communications •Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and tasks while providing leadership to the team across various initiatives and business rhythms, •Experienced in leading and facilitating large meetings (e.g. 100+ attendees),•Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.•You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
