Job Description :
Project Management Coordinator (Content Production) tarte cosmetics is seeking an enthusiastic Project Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of in-house content creation. Ideal candidates should be extremely organized, able to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, & have a passion for beauty content development. Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Director of Production and Senior Project Manager to monitor multiple projects and seasonal campaign launches concurrently
  • Help maintain daily photo & video shoot schedule in collaboration with the Senior Creative Project Manager and Director of Production
  • Conduct daily recaps, ensuring the scope of work is fulfilled during team weekly assessment meetings
  • Compiles regular status reports for post-production (retouching) updates for leadership and adjacent teams for full team purview
  • Collaborate on implemented processes to identity efficiency and identify potential issues before they escalate
  • Manage a live production (photo + video) calendar alongside the Director of Content Production and the Senior Project Manager
  • Daily on-set assistance of photo & video teams
  • Assist with ongoing model casting & outreach for all photo/video needs
  • Assist with creating contact sheets, organizing and maintaining all still photography assets
  • Help track pre-launch product samples in collaboration with the Marketing, Packaging & Product Development teams & assist with organizing all samples for the content team
  • Manage post-production process to ensure assets are saved & delivered as needed
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deadlines are being met
Requirements:
  • BA/BS required, marketing or creative fields preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional working experience in a related field
  • Experience in photo and/or video production highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • A stern eye for attention to detail, ensures accuracy and quality alongside leadership and directors
  • Highly organized with flexibility to adapt to changes & prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Google G Suite
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus but not required
  • Must be able to work both independently as well as cross-functionally with excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
