As a Project Coordinator I, you should have essential time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes, liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. You'll also ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve, help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders, work with the Program Manager to remove road blocks, use tools to monitor and control performance, plans and expenditures and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports.

Responsibilities:
* Assist personnel in on-boarding per specific program requirements
* Deployment coordination
* Assist personnel in CONUS/OCONUS travel coordination within government guidelines and approval
* Assist contract management by retaining compliance with program requirements and preparing document submissions for Contracts Team
* Manage TASS applications and assist in the issuing of CACs for program support
* Submit deliverables/CDRLs in correlation to the program schedule
* Proposal support
* Administrative support for VIP meetings on-site
* Responsible for campus employee events and preparing/analyzing corresponding budgets with corporate
Must-haves:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 0 - 2 years of experience
* A higher level degree may substitute for experience
* Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Basic MS Office Skills
* Ability to manage time effectively
* Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
* Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
* Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance
Preferred:
Prior Experience with:
* Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned
* Data entry into PM Systems
* Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA's to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
* Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments
* Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives
