Overview:

Are you an Intern looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers?

Immanuel is seeking a part time Project Management Intern to work at the Immanuel Home Office, located at 1044 North 115th Street, Omaha, NE 68154. This is an on-site position that requires working on location. This is a temporary position that will end on or before May 2025.

This position will pay up to $20.00/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

As the Project Manager intern, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects with cross-functional teams supporting all Immanuel business lines. You will be assisting the Project Development team on one or more projects simultaneously and be using formal and informal project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Development team with assigned development & operational projects as needed. Perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for special projects or reports. Contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables assuring they align with project objectives. Document best practices, processes & templates in coordination with the Project Development team. Schedule and attend meetings and planning sessions. Coordinate with key stakeholders, clients, vendors and business partners.

Ability to learn quickly and solve problems Good verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Obtained at least a sophomore status in a Bachelor degree program with completion of a minimum of 24 semester credit hours; or be enrolled in a Graduate degree program.

Majors are based on the specific needs of the department such as: Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Recreation, Project Management, Purchasing, Public Administration, Community Development, Communication and Technology.

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
