Job Description :

Role: Project Change Manager

Responsibilities Include:

* Oversee the successful execution of the Project and Program Change Management standards defined by the Enterprise Change Global Policy and the Front Line Unit's standards and procedures.

* Responsible for the review and approval of all changes at various stages (Tollgates) in the program/project change lifecycle.

* Monitor, track and control the Project and Program change management process and respond to the corresponding data quality control issues by contacting Project Mgr. and working with the PM until issues are resolved.

* Responsible for identifying, proposing, and maintaining Standard Changes and Controls; specifically but not limited to Program and Project Change Standards as defined by the Enterprise.

* Identify, draft, and propose changes which can be established as templates that alignment to QA Assessments requirements.

* Provide consultation on program & project best practices that support Enterprise Change policies.

* Attend PMO Meetings.

* Perform QA (pre) assessments on program/projects to ensure they meet the change standards before they are submitted to the PMO for QA Assessment.

* Review weekly defect reports from the PMO and coordinate with PMs to remediate the defects.

* Be the subject matter expert on change standard requirements.

* Work with the PMO to resolve problems or reporting improvements.

* Ability to communicate in writing with Executives

Other capabilities:

* BA Required.

* PMP certified with 3+ years project/program management experience with full comprehension of the project and program life cycle.

* PMO background helpful with project governance.

* Process development experience.

* ITIL Service Transition experience & cert with focus on Operational Change Management.

* Ability to multi task.

* Ability to analyze and creative problem solve.

* Proactive, quick leaner, and able to self direct and self-management workload.

* Ability to communicate and teach others project standards and usage of supporting project tools.

* Be a people person willing to help the PMs and ease pain points.

* Strong communication & writing skills; will be communicating with senior management.

* Strong analytical skills as it relates to project/program consultation.

* Strong utilization skills of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Salary Range $110,000-$130,000 a year
