Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8-10 years of experience who has worked in Healthcare Production support and possesses excellent communication skills.

Years of Experience Needed: 8 to 10 years

Technical Skills:

• Experience in Healthcare Production support
• Ability to reach out to various teams within the organization to collate information
• Understanding of software development & support processes
• Ability to collect disparate documents and pull out information relevant to the audit request and present them in a presentable format
• Experience in development and support in a healthcare payor environment with knowledge of monitoring, logging, and data sets
• Good working knowledge of JIRA
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in various audits (good to have)

Certifications Needed:

Relevant certifications are advantageous.
