Our Employee-Owned Low Voltage Systems Division is actively seeking a driven and dedicated Management Trainee in the area. Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you'll immerse yourself in the Low Voltage/Integrated Systems field competencies through hands-on work assignments. This structured program offers practical experience, paving the way for a future management role as a Level 1 manager upon successful completion.
* Gain comprehensive business knowledge
* Learn diverse sales methods to procure business
* Learn and oversee the estimating and bidding Process
* Manage the project planning process
* Oversee the execution of projects
* Handle billing and procurement processes
* Focus on safety and hazard recognition & elimination
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Finance, or Engineering
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and personal integrity
* Strong emphasis on workmanship, customer service, and satisfaction
* Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
* Highly self-motivated with a drive for success
* Preferred: previous experience in construction or related fields
* Proficiency in computers and adaptability to fast-paced technology
