Project Manager 1 - Entertainment Technology Partners Llc : Job Details

Systems Innovation specializes in the permanent installation of world-class AV systems. Our markets include Higher Education Facilities, Religious Institutions, Government, Corporate Boardrooms & Event Spaces, and Experiential and Immersive Environments that include the use of Premium Audio, LED Display Environments, Projection, Theatrical Lighting, and Intelligent Programmed/Automated Control. The Project Manager I will provide effective budgeting, deployment, and progress tracking of technicians, projects and associated services provided by the Systems Integration division. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Project planning: develop specific timelines for projects to deliver an accurate budget.
• Monitor and manage the progression of other trades and how each relates to tasks and project timelines to allow for forecasting of conflicts as well as allow for proactive solutions to minimize the effects on labor allocations, timeline constraints and budgets.
• Staff deployment: develop and maintain a technician scheduling platform.
• Maintain communication with Lead Technicians and Technical Management on status of projects and task lists.
• Project management: set appropriate project milestones and maintain them through effective communication with Sales Engineer, Tech Manager, and client.
• Process management: develop and maintain effective analytics to measure profitability and efficiency.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures, site safety programs and project timelines.
• Regular attendance is required.

Base Salary Range: $35/hr - $60/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
