Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to ensure project objectives are met. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company quality assurance protocols. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project management practices. Other duties assigned to you. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a bonus. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the fiberglass or related industry. Previous experience with polymers, plastics, resins, and or oil & gas storage tanks is a bonus. Must be located near Andrews, TX as the schedule will require you to be in office. A strong understanding of fiberglass manufacturing processes and technologies is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
