What You'll Do:
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing residential construction projects
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Organize project documentation and reports using Outlook and other tools
- Safely use power and hand tools as needed
Requirements

Must Have:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Self-starter with great organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check & drug test
- Proficiency in Outlook
Nice to Have:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction
- Project management skills & small business experience
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
