• Play leading role in IDN engagement by presenting market access and health economic information to IDN leadership and decision makers.
• Provide comprehensive field reimbursement support across the entire customer journey from formulary approval through ongoing utilization.
• Lead top-down selling initiatives by engaging director-level pharmacy and finance stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reimbursement, coding, and budget impact model materials.
• Train and support field teams in effective communication of economic value proposition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare market access experience.
• Deep understanding of hospital formulary processes and P &T committee dynamics.
• Extensive knowledge of hospital reimbursement systems and coding.
• Experience in developing market access strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Compensation:Base Salary: $130,000.00 TO $130,000.00Total Comp @ Plan: $180,000.00 TO $200,000.00 + EquityCar Allowance: Yes (MOTUS)
