We encourage our teams to connect on multiple levels and support each other's personal and professional growth.What you'll doOur ideal candidate is not only experienced in civil engineering but also possesses a preference for tackling challenges in transportation, private development, stormwater or hydraulic modeling. You'll make crucial decisions independently, find innovative solutions and plan and coordinate projects. As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll make independent decisions and will thrive under pressure. You'll also:
  • Plan and coordinate work.
  • Apply standard engineering practices and techniques.
  • Adjust and correlate data.
  • Recognize discrepancies and follow standard procedures.
  • Build relationships with clients and prospective clients.

What it takesIdeally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering. If you have eight or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. You should be a licensed professional engineer. Ideally, you will also:
  • Speak and write well.
  • Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Be a team player.
