Position OverviewThe Project Manager for Commercial Doors will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of door projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial door systems, hardware, and contractor management to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial door projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Lead project meetings to discuss progress, risks, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experienced with manufactures like ASSA Abloy, Allegion, and Dorma Kaba.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in commercial construction or door systems.
- Strong knowledge of commercial doors, hardware, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
