Project ManagerEquipment supplier & contractor is hiring a Project Manager to handle the life cycle of the project and work alongside with project engineers, field resources, material vendors, subcontractors, and customers. Responsibilities include: - Maintaining job records and files - Scheduling employees for projects- Coordinating material and equipment deliveries - Reporting to team on project progress/status- Conducting site visits to assure site readiness and resolve any issues with general contractors- Coordinating with superintendent to assure that the project meets profitability targets- Reviewing timesheets and expense reports weekly - Reviewing all project costs monthlyJob RequirementsRequirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a similar field - 2+ years of project management experience in construction - Experience working with detention centers or similar - PMP certification preferred
