Project Manager, Construction Service

eLoghomes, a leading log home kit manufacturer in the US, is seeking a Project Manager to support the growing Construction Service business of eLoghomes. This position will report directly to the Vice President Operations; and work closely with Construction Service and the Customer Service teams. Our company is based in Battleboro, NC (Nash County).

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers and projects throughout the company's Construction Service process for log home shell erection
• Interface on projects with both the Customer Service and the Design Teams. Review blueprints for each project assigned
• Audit contracts and process Work Orders for assigned customers
• Ensure customer understanding of the Construction Service process, and engage in ongoing, frequent communications with the customers on their project status
• Coordinate with the manager of eLoghomes' subcontractors on project start dates, and during multiple construction phases to completion
• Process invoices and other documentation for assigned customers
• Communicate with customers on changes due to engineering requirements
• Troubleshooting of customer and field issues in coordination with other team members
• Support new ERP system implementation
• Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management for a custom home builder (preferred)
• Degree in Construction Management preferred
• Knowledge of project management scheduling, scope of work and budgets
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience in estimating preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs, such as Excel, Word, etc.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• High customer service orientation
• Team player & strong work ethic
• Comfortable working primarily in an office environment
• Position not required to lift more than 40 lbs.

Job Type:

• Full-time (Office location only, not a hybrid working opportunity)
