Overview:
The Project Manager will support the Creative Services department by managing projects, schedules, and communication. Acting as the liaison between the Creative team, other departments, and third-party vendors, the project manager ensures timely and accurate delivery of web content, product photography, video, and marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management system (WorkFront) for intake, assignment, and tracking of creative requests.
- Coordinate project timelines, reviews, and deliverables across departments.
- Manage product photography and video processes, including sample logistics, shot planning, and budgeting.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and delivered on time for eCommerce, email, and digital marketing.
- Provide status updates, maintain assets, and support creative and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, creative, or related field with 3+ years of experience in the creative or project management field.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Scene 7.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., WorkFront) preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, SAP, and eCommerce experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with strategic thinking abilities.
This role is on-site 4 days per week in our New York City office and offers one hybrid day per week as business needs permit.
