Project Manager, Creative Operations - In office required- Irvine, CA Senior Living experience preferred! Salary range: $75k to $85k The Project Manager, Creative Operations is responsible for supporting the creative operations and production efforts for Oakmont Management Group. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with others, visual solutions and project management. You'll be responsible for managing the production flow of the in-house OMG creative team and supporting the full lifecycle of creative marketing projects to ensure success from kick-off to completion. Position Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end process for design, video and marketing projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with excellence.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal departments and external vendors to ensure high-quality production and cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Utilize project management tools to track key tasks, providing regular updates and audits to stakeholders and ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • Innovate & Elevate: Continuously explore new project organizational opportunities, streamlining processes and contributing solutions to enhance Oakmont's business goals.
  • Startup Mindset: Proactively look for solutions and ways to improve business and creative processes.
  • Support Creative Platforms: Assist in organizing and managing our internal platform templates and assets.
  • Asset Management: Implement and maintain proper asset management practices, including file naming conventions, fonts, and photography.
  • Community Communications: Serve as a liaison between Oakmont Home Office and community directors, fostering strong relationships and brand alignment.
  • Design Tickets: Organize and assign design tickets to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely completion and internal stakeholder approvals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:

  • Experienced Project Manager: You have a track record of managing projects from inception to completion, keeping all stakeholders aligned and deadlines met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Expertise with Asana, Monday, Smartsheets or similar project management software.
  • Expertise with MS Excel, MS Outlook, Google Drive, MS Sharepoint and PPT.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.
  • Must be a strong communicator and able to pivot as priorities shift and evolve.
  • Demonstrated experience managing timelines, budgets, and multi-department collaborations.
