DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYTICS - Project Manager

* Directs the development and execution of program business plans.

* Responsible for overall business operations within a particular region.

* Prepares information gathering for data analytics.

* Experience with performing data collection on building systems.

* Preferable but not essential to have additional experience with IoT devices.

* Maintains efficient workforce staffing.

* May be required to cover other regions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Leads a team to conduct walk-through surveys to assess condition of Property development.

* Must ensure photographs are taken of representative systems and conditions.

* Logging information into a client database.

* Must adhere to client site visit protocols.

* Provides data quality and control checks.

* Travel may be required 50% of the time.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Will have direct supervisory responsibilities.

* Maintain internal and external KPI's.

* Will mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies.

* Ensures that all responsibilities of direct reports are completed within a timely manner.

* Approves timecards and expense reports weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma required.

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field a plus.

* Candidate must have strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines.

* Must be proficient with using an iPad/iPhone iOS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

* Driver's License

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

* Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret issues related to property conditions and communicate with team members and clients on a collaborative basis.

* Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, consultative, and exceptional customer service skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality while eliciting relevant information from contacts.

* Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.

* Access issues

REASONING ABILITY

* Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

* Requires analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Must be self-motivated and team oriented.

* The position requires simultaneously managing deliverables for multiple ongoing assignments.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

80,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
