Founded in 1990, CTI is a Federal Government contractor that specializes in providing print and data management services for DoD and Federal Civilian agencies.

Scope of Work:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead order fulfillment and device deployment operations for CTI's Federal Government business segment. This includes management of a team to ensure the confirmation of delivery addresses, placement of the order with the manufacturer, coordinating delivery times between the Company's vendors and the end users, scheduling of end user training, and ensuring completion of delivery and installation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Management and on-going oversight, administration, tracking and analysis for full cycle delivery operations.
  • Program Planning, Analysis and Evaluation to ensure effective and on-time device delivery rates.
  • Manages the project across the project life cycle from new order awards through device implementation confirmations.
  • Maintains all project plans, project-related calendars, tasks, budgets, and coordinates all associated delivery operations activities.
  • Manages project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
  • Represent CTI during technical meetings with the customer, partners, and OEM vendors.
  • Provide guidance to the Contractor team that is responsible for achieving the PWS objectives.
  • Utilizes a management structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and mitigation plans.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in supply change and logistics in a similar technical industry and 5+ years of experience in project management within the federal contracting space, with a focus on civilian and/or defense sector contracts.
  • PMP Training: Current PMP certification or equivalent training in project management is preferred.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Tools & Software: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Word, SharePoint, CRM tools, Adobe Acrobat) and familiarity with collaboration platforms.

Requirements:

Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident with a valid work permit.
