[email protected]What You Will Be DoingCandidates should have extensive experience working for a GC on ground up and renovation projects and should possess knowledge of multiple divisions of construction. Company projects are diverse including AFB renovations/additions, elevator modernizations, SCIF projects, etc.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and DoD standards.
- Develop project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in construction management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in federal projects.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) is a plus.
