This is a hybrid role. The first three months are fulltime in the office.
Role and Scope:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
managing the life cycle of compliance, load serving and reliability projects from project initiation to the identification, approval, and funding of a preferred solution.
coordinating all engineering activities related to assigned projects and, interface with project stakeholders, including but not limited to various Engineering disciplines, Substation Construction, Operations, Contract Administration, Legal, Real Estate, Accounting etc..
Coordination with project initiators to identify project scope, procure needed engineering resources and services to develop scopes to support Cost Estimating and, drive to completion of all tasks leading to the approval of the internal approval of the project.
Managing the engineering work in a manner which ensures compliance with safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
Owning the initial project schedule and milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders in ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
Leading any ad-hoc administrative activities that may be required in fulfilling activities of issuing desktop requisitions to contractors in managing outsourcing activities.
