Job Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and advise a team crossing multiple functions responsible for Global Design and Implementation of the Enterprise Platform Transformation (EPT) initiative. The project team responsibilities include process design, implementation planning and collaborating with external Solution Implementation (SI) partners. The Project Manager will sit within Project Management Office (PMO) where they will engage, collaborate and align on overall EPT initiatives.

Highlights of your role:
  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Responsible for managing all technical and non-technical aspects along the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Supervises progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
  • Assemble project teams and manage prioritization and day-to-day operations.
  • Serves as liaison between team members and management team regarding projects.
  • Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Ability to develop and manage the project scope, budget and master schedule.
  • Ability to communication effectively in the areas of project(s) status and deliverables to key stakeholders at Leadership/Executive Reviews.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including proficient storytelling of the project and product.
  • Ability to mentor and direct team members to ensure project success.
  • Be a liaison between functions, while building and maintaining those functional relationships
  • Build and maintain both internal and external working relationships
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Project Management, Business, Information Technology or a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of training or experience.
