Project Manager-EVSE This position will manage and lead the delivery of transportation electrification projects, including the planning and design of fleet electrification, public charging infrastructure, transit electrification, workplace charging, as well as the design of charging infrastructure installation. This position will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and proactively researching electric vehicle charging solutions to stay at the forefront of the industry as it continues to evolve and grow. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge in multiple areas, such as: •EVs (light, medium and heavy-duty) •EV charging hardware •EV charging software including load management •Electrical systems planning and design •Resiliency & distributed energy resource •Electric rate tariff •Fleet operations and planning •Applicable policies and regulation •Financial incentives for EVs and EVSE including grants and rebate Technical Related Responsibilities •Manage transportation electrification projects of varying complexity including multi-disciplinary scope, schedule, budget, and staffing allocation. •Perform the following types of EV design tasks inside facilities and outdoor settings: siting equipment, conducting field visits, recommending charger types/sizes, developing budgetary cost estimates, creating concept design layouts, preparing load letters, and coordinating with the utility for new or improved electrical services. •Develop, oversee, and review the preparation of final design plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for projects that may include fleet operations, EV charging hardware, and electrical systems. •Lead zero emissions design projects. •Oversee the preparation of planning and design project efforts. •Attend and lead client and project team meetings to provide project updates, resolve planning and design issues, and coordinate design elements with other discipline. •Building relationships with clients and teaming partners. •Mentoring junior staff in their professional growth and enhancing their skills. •Supporting the pursuit of new projects in partnership with our leadership team. •Pursuing additional professional growth opportunities in project management, business development, technical expertise, etc. •Provide construction phase technical support including bid addenda, submittal reviews, Requests for Information (RFI), Construction ProgressReports (CPR) and change orders, and incorporate agreed-upon changes into the project documents, as needed. #LI-JC7 Preferred Qualifications:
