We are a contractor specializing in facade restoration and building envelope rehabilitation in the NYC metropolitan area, focusing on Local Law 11 (FISP) compliance.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee facade restoration projects, ensuring their successful and timely completion. This includes coordinating with vendors, engineers, and clients to maintain safety, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration projects across NYC's 5 boroughs.
• Ensure compliance with Local Law 11 and building codes.
• Collaborate with teams for timely, cost-effective project completion.
• Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee on-site work and manage schedules.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in facade restoration or building envelope rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of Local Law 11 and building regulations.
• Willing to work on-site across all 5 boroughs of NYC.

Salary: $75k - $120k, depending on experience.
