We invite you to apply to be a part of ourUniversity community!Job DescriptionThe Academic Programs and Facilities Coordinator provides critical support to the Dean and Associate Dean for Academic Programs in ensuring the successful administration of all College of Pharmacy academic programs and overseeing the Meridian campus facilities. This position plays a key role in coordinating curricular implementation, assessment activities, and student progression tracking while ensuring that the physical learning environment is equitable, safe, and well-maintained. This position serves as the primary staff-level coordinator for academic programs, including the PharmD, MSCP, Graduate, and Pharmacy Technician programs, working to streamline administrative processes that allow faculty to focus on innovation and curriculum development. Additionally, this role functions as the day-to-day facilities liaison for the College at the Meridian delivery site, assisting with space allocation, equipment management, safety compliance, and communication with University services. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Program Coordination & Support •Work closely with the Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Programs, and other College administrators to develop and maintain administrative processes that support curriculum delivery across all academic programs•Facilitate the scheduling of classes, exams, and proctoring logistics•Ensure the effective use of instructional technology to create a high-quality educational environment across all programs•Assist in coordinating assessment activities related to course reviews, quality improvement, student performance tracking, and accreditation requirements•Serve as a liaison to the Curriculum and Assessment Committees, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and quality improvement efforts•Collaborate with the Student Success Team to ensure academic progression issues and professional behavior matters are addressed in a timely mannerFacilities Coordination & Campus Support (Meridian Site) •Ensure that the physical facilities at the Meridian campus are organized, safe, professional, clean, comfortable, and inviting•Serve as the day-to-day eyes and ears for the College at the Meridian site, identifying facility needs and communicating them to the appropriate University resources•Act as a point of contact for the Dean, faculty, students, and University services, including Environmental Health & Safety, Emergency Management, IT, and Maintenance & Operations•Facility Space & Equipment Allocation •Facilities Communication & Reporting •Facility Inspections & Safety Compliance •Emergency Management & Preparedness Minimum Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, operations management, or a related field•At least one (1) year experience in academic program coordination, higher education administration, or facilities management•One (1) year of demonstrated proficient organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects•Ability to communicate effectively with administrators, faculty, students, and university personnel•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, and student information systems•Knowledge of higher education assessment and accreditation processes Preferred Qualifications•Master's degree in a related field•Experience working in health sciences, pharmacy education, or professional degree programs•Knowledge of accreditation standards for professional programs (e.g., ACPE, institutional accreditation bodies)•Familiarity with facilities management, space planning, and campus safety procedures Additional InformationYou must submit your CV/resume, cover letter, and list ofthree (3) professional references, including current contact information.
