They are currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join the team!

Description

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; coordinate scope and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure work meets standards, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Identify risks, address delays or design changes, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact, provide progress updates, and align with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage project close-out activities.
  • Enforce safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct safety training as needed.

Profile

  • 5+ years of construction experience with a general contractor required
  • Must have large-scale projects experience in either commercial or healthcare markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, CMiC, P6)
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, business aptitude, and professional character
