Job Description :
The salary grade is dependent on experience level from $92,000.00 to $115,000.00This position is for a Project Manager who communicates directly with client / internal customer. Leads Hydro Engineering project team in the execution of the projects. Provides oversight of lead discipline engineers, project administrators, project controls, scheduler and procurement representatives, and other team members assigned to the project.Job Requirements:Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required,
  • Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large teams.
  • Experience leading implementation of complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of utility operations and customer interaction.
  • Direct experience in business case development and benefits capture.
  • Demonstrated experience in the execution of strategic objectives.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in high pressure and high- profile assignments.
  • EVM experience
  • Experience in the hydro industry preferred, specifically around water retaining structures (dams, embankments, spill gates, penstocks, tunnels, etc.) turbine-generators, balance of plant operating systems, structures, switchgear, etc...
