Project Manager II - Sesco Lighting : Job Details

Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides limited direction.Position Responsibilities:* Buildingrelationshipswithcustomers,manufacturers,andoutsidesalespeople* Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data* Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project* Perform material take-offs* Submittal creation* Produce add order quotations* Negotiate job buy-out* Maintain knowledge of currently represented products* Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeout* Other duties as assigned by managerEssential Skills:* (2) or more years of lighting project management required* Possesses customer service experience* Ability and willingness to teach others* Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things* A team-first attitude* Must have excellent math skills* Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook* At least four years of Excel experience
