What can you expect?As a Project Manager, your role will directly bring value across departments and teams, with a focus on optimizing processes by leading the implementation of various software integration projects.Here's what you'll be doing:

• Project leadership: You will manage IT-focused projects, identifying challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Your work will include overseeing critical systems such as MES, SAP and other software systems to ensure seamless execution.
• Operational excellence: By leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and control costs, you will play a vital role in achieving operational and commercial goals. You will also provide stakeholders with detailed progress reports based on thorough project analyses.
• Strategic execution: You will work with subject matter experts, business process owners, and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives. In addition, you will refine project management tools and methodologies to enhance performance and results.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, document and translate business requirements into actionable inputs for the IT / PMO teams.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

You hold a bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, ...)

PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

Experience:

You have at least five years of experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated industries. Familiarity with operations, manufacturing, or IT systems implementation is a strong advantage.

Languages:

You are fluent in English and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Skills:

• You excel at analyzing complex challenges and devising practical solutions to drive success.
• Your adaptable communication style allows you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• You thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment and foster seamless teamwork across departments and levels.
• Experience in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, LIMS, MES) and master data management is an asset.

• You have a deep understanding of business processes within large organizations, specifically in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
