• Coordinate Moves: Schedule and oversee all aspects of moving logistics for high-net-worth clients, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Manage Paperwork: Handle all necessary documentation, including contracts, permits, and customer communications.
• Oversee Operations: Supervise moving trucks and personnel, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the moving process.
• Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all details of each move are accounted for and executed flawlessly.
• Follow Through: Ensure all tasks are completed and follow up with client's post-move to confirm satisfaction and address any remaining issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination or logistics management, preferably in a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software is a plus.
