Wage Range:$68K-78K annually plus benefits

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects from initiation to customer final acceptance.
  • Direct project activities throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they meet contractual objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the organization, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to proposal development as needed.
  • Lead both internal and customer-facing kick-off meetings.
  • Communicate project specifications to team members and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct regular project-specific meetings with both in-house personnel and the customer.
  • Follow document management processes to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Manage the scope and deliverables of vendors and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of customer drawings and establish requirements for fabrication and assembly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project status updates are provided to the customer.
  • Handle project invoicing, pursue timely payments, and authorize supplier and subcontractor payments.
  • Obtain formal acceptance of project deliverables from the customer and manage project closeout activities.
  • Ensure the commercial success and customer satisfaction of assigned projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in an electrical or related industry.
  • Minimum one year of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to take on challenges.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
  • Physical ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs or more, and to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Two or more years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • PMP certification.
