In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the mechanical contracting/construction industry. This position will be responsible for overall project guidelines including budgets, project timeline and customer satisfaction. This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

• BSME or Construction Management or Architecture degree
• 5-7+ years experience as a Project Manager running project from start to finish.
• Overall responsibility for the project within established goals for quality, timeliness, budget, profitability, and safety, with a major focus on customer satisfaction.
• Mechanical Contracting or Construction experience
• Experience with project financials
• Timberline and Procore a plus
• CAD ability is a plus
