Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Fortune 100 financial services client's Corporate Onboarding organization in creating world-class digital experiences to enhance and optimize customer onboarding processes around the globe. To drive onboarding growth, it is critical that customer onboarding journeys are built on flexible, modern platforms that allow for rapid response to regulatory risks or new requirements.

The Details:

* Location: Hybrid in Manhattan, NYC (preferred) or Phoenix, AZ (3 days onsite per week)

* Duration: 6-8 months with possibility of extension

What you'll do:

As a Project Manager within our client's Corporate Onboarding team, you will manage the onboarding migration capability to a new, upgraded platform for national and international markets. You will join a team of high performing and skilled digital capability architects, product owners/managers, program managers, third party stakeholders, and technical team members.

* Track and analyze multiple customer data points throughout the customer onboarding journey for corporate and commercial card applicants

* Perform data mapping: understand data fields submitted by customer on the front end, and determine how to properly map customer data to other downstream systems (e.g., customer inserts and submits data; data then flows to various back-end systems for review by internal teams such as risk, customer relationship, data storage, fulfillment, etc.)

* Determine which data fields must be migrated from legacy platform to new, upgraded platform to ensure a seamless transition of customer application and onboarding data.

* Devise a project plan and timeline to execute the transition from the legacy system to the new system.

* Prioritize development work and balance the requirements of multiple stakeholders through prioritized stories in the scrum backlog.

* Partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to continuously optimize the customer onboarding experience.

* Partner closely with US-based and international third-party stakeholders to understand the business needs and provide ongoing updates on key work in progress.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree

* At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis.

* Strong experience in Microsoft Excel.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple work flows simultaneously.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data, extracting key themes and messages to drive decisions.

* Ability to work closely with internal teams and third-party stakeholders, both US-based and internationally.

* Polished, collaborative communication style as well as the ability to visualize the larger picture.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Financial services experience is preferred, preferably within the credit card space.

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The pay range for this role is $55-60 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
