Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, including managing personnel, material procurement, and site safety.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project completion within the established timeline and budget.
• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
• Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with all applicable safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and change orders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Project Manager experience in the construction industry.
• Experience managing Structural Steel/Metal Projects and Renovation Projects preferred.
• Experience in Commercial Construction a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hold a valid Drivers License.
