Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft applications, and possession of a valid driver's license with insurance (if using a personal vehicle for work).
• Strong knowledge of planning, documentation, local laws, codes, and filing requirements.
• Working knowledge of building enclosures from design to completion and the ability to sketch field conditions.
• Familiarity with CAD, NYC Scaffold Certifications, and OSHA certifications is a plus.
• A genuine interest in New York's heritage, future, and its people.
