Role Overview: The hiring company is seeking leaders who think differently and possess innovative problem-solving skills. This role requires extensive experience in the architectural and engineering sectors, managing projects on time and within budget while fostering team collaboration and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent evaluation skills, the ability to set the pace for projects, and a keen attention to detail, all while keeping client needs at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing client expectations and avoiding surprises to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills, including active listening and transparency, to convey information effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Strong knowledge of planning, documentation, local laws, codes, and filing requirements.
  • Working knowledge of building enclosures from design to completion and the ability to sketch field conditions.
  • Familiarity with CAD, NYC Scaffold Certifications, and OSHA certifications is a plus.
