This pivotal role offers the chance to oversee a variety of high-profile projects, ensuring they meet stringent local regulations and are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in facade restoration, exceptional organizational prowess, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / year DOE Project Manager Requirements:
- 4-8+ years of experience in facade restoration/Architecture industry
- Proficiency AutoCAD and creating construction documents
- Basic understanding of the construction industry and knowledge of proper conduct at project sites
- Experience working in the field on commercial and/or industrial projects is highly preferred
- Experience with NYC/DOB Permitting and knowledge of NYC Building Codes is a plus
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Hard-working and self-motivated and possesses a high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires 75% field work within the five boroughs and 25% onsite work at their Manhattan office
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to develop and manage all phases of the design/ documentation process
- Conduct field visits to all project sites to ensure completion according to final briefs and designs
- Manage board meetings, produce client presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
- Handle reporting and update management, work alongside senior staff and interact with contractors regarding construction administration tasks
- Stay up to date with local New York laws and regulations to ensure projects are compliant and up to code
- Mentor and train junior project team members, assist with other projects
