As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Project Manager** to coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget **.** This position will be **full-time** and **hybrid.**
**What Youll Do**
+ Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
+ Build comprehensive Project Management Plans
+ Build and execute a milestone-based project implementation schedule
+ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
+ Effectively manage a team and direct them towards an end goal
+ Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled
+ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
+ Create, document, submit and execute change orders
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and changes
+ Develop meeting agendas, status updates, and project reports
+ Conduct weekly status meetings to discuss Service Order SOWs, status updates and any new or ongoing issues
+ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality
+ Implement standardized project management, change management, risk management, quality control, and project development processes
+ Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration
+ Proven experience in IT project management, including the successful delivery of IT projects on time and within budget
+ Proven experience managing IT service orders
+ Extensive experience serving as the contractor liaison, managing all client communications and activities related to service orders
+ Proven experience with day-to-day management of all Service Orders throughout their lifecycle for a client
+ Ability to manage your time effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
+ Must be able to listen and process information others provide effectively. Strong written and verbal skills are required
+ Make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions
+ Open to change, new processes (or process improvement), and new information
+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
+ Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
