We are looking to hire a Project Manager (Energy and Sustainability) for one of our federal clients.Essential Job Functions
- Be the point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative
- Prepare analyses of the impacts of enacted federal requirements to DHS; and develop requirements and best practices for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data to address impacts and measuring performance and compliance with federal and DHS requirements.
- Prepare projections and plans for achievement of energy and water goals established by statute and executive order.
- Develop and implement a strategy for continuous collection and analysis of facility level energy from Components
- Assist in the preparation of energy related reports
- Prepare and distribute data calls
- Facilitate coordination and communication between DHS Headquarters and Components concerning the Program's energy management priorities.
- Assist and manage data integration and visualization

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Federal program management in support of:
- Federal energy and sustainability policy
- Federal energy/sustainability regulatory requirements
- Market analysis such as renewable energy certificates and power purchasing
- Federal energy/sustainability data reporting
- Energy conservation measures
- Renewable and clean energy technologies
