Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities, working closely with project lead and Managing Consultants.
- Conduct and schedule internal and external project status meetings.
- Manage project estimates and communicate estimate changes with customers.
- Maintain project estimate log and project status details.
- Create and maintain a project plan, with support of the project lead.
- Ensure maintained accuracy of key project milestones and planning of required tasks.
- Handle customer escalations and invoice disputes.
- Detailed review of project team time entry prior to invoicing.
- Conduct project kick offs and manage new project onboarding tasks.
- Assist with pre-sales activities (RFPs, customer questions, attending meetings with prospects and creating preliminary proposal project plans).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of Cloud/SaaS application solution experience
- 2+ years of experience with ERP implementations
- Experience managing project budgets
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer situations.
- Relevant college/university degree is highly preferred
- Excellent communication in customer and internal meetings with actionable outcomes.
- Good analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills with a drive for results.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to achieve their business goals
Bonus Skills:
- Experience using Smartsheet
- Experience in food & beverage industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Compensation: The base salary hiring wage range for this position, which inecta Food reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $80,000 to $110,000 in either USD or CAD. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
