Description:

Responsible for traveling across various client locations to manage projects

Overall responsible for project execution and making sure projects stay on budget

Manage and run multiple store projects at various construction stages

Manage scope and schedule for assigned projects

Coordinate and track all vendor change orders

Coordinate activities of other vendors and contractors onsite

Act as the client liaison during field visits and provide on-site support and guidance

Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders, invoices, and pay applications, and update tracking reports

Measure project performance and schedule against base plan for potential cost escalations

Manage timely close-out process including punch-list completion, warranty documentation and fulfillment, and schedule

Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation

Skills & Qualifications:

Education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management. or Construction Management preferred

Experience in multisite, program management, renovation programs, etc. ideally within food & beverage or fast food project type ideal

Schedule:

9am 5pm, WFH role going into the field one day a week (Mainly Suffolk and sometimes Nassau & NYC)
