Job Title: Project Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and review enrollments received by the Provider Sales team, ensuring program compliance and data accuracy. This role serves as the primary contact for program-specific sell-in requirements and installation logistics, maintains data accuracy within internal databases, and coordinates all hardware and technician deliverables to meet installation schedules. The Project Coordinator will also conduct onboarding training with customers and interact with them to provide information and resolve inquiries related to our solutions and services. Responsibilities
  • Review enrollments received by the Provider Sales team for program compliance and data accuracy.
  • Act as the go-to contact for program-specific sell-in requirements and installation logistics.
  • Maintain data accuracy within internal databases.
  • Serve as the liaison between installation vendors and customers throughout the installation process.
  • Coordinate all hardware and technician deliverables to meet installation schedules.
  • Conduct onboarding training with customers.
  • Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries about solutions and services.
  • Assist customers, installation vendors, and internal departments with resolving issues involving internet connectivity.
Essential Skills
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management and coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, including advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Consistent ability to craft clear, grammatically correct, and professional business communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

Work Environment This position requires the candidate to be local to Cincinnati, OH and work onsite. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The role is dynamic, requiring flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
