Project Manager - LHH : Job Details

This role demands mastery in coordinating all project phases, ensuring timely and profitable completions. The successful candidate will handle multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from planning and scheduling to execution and final reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed project plans, including labor, timelines, and budget forecasting, to ensure optimal production and revenue generation.

· Monitor and manage all aspects of the construction process, adapting plans as needed to meet deadlines and profitability targets.

· Provide support and guidance to field management staff, enhancing project execution through strategic leadership and resource allocation.

· Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards across project sites while maintaining strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.

· Efficiently manage project documentation, change orders, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

· Utilize tools such as Procore for real-time project status updates, ensuring all involved parties are informed of progress and deviations.

· Collaborate with various departments and executives to refine processes, improve efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of project management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Professional Engineer certification is a plus.

· At least 4 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software like Procore.

· Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with various levels of management and staff.
